Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with NeateNest. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who We Are

NeateNest is a sole trader business operating at Field End Cl Street. You can contact us at support@neatenest.com.

2. Our Products

We sell home storage furniture sourced from third-party suppliers and delivered directly to you. We take care to describe products accurately, including dimensions and materials. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

All products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly to offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. A contract is formed between us only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and you must provide accurate delivery and payment details.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery window of 4–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal or courier delays.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

7. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@neatenest.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.

8. Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right, NeateNest offers an extended 30-day returns window as a goodwill gesture. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us at support@neatenest.com and we will arrange a return and full refund.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

This 30-day policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods arrive damaged or develop a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days and within 6 months, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. Please contact us at support@neatenest.com with details and photographs of the fault.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, business or profit.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
